General Shipping Information
Due to the Coronavirus shipping and delivery might be delayed worldwide as less planes are flying from country to country and governments are holding packages to make room for priority shipments such as medical equipment and food.
How long does it take to receive an order?
- Items shipped from the United States - allow 3-5 days for processing and 5-14 days for delivery. If items are from the U.S it will be stated in the product descriptions.
- Some of our merchandise ships from our overseas suppliers. Please allow an estimated 14-21 days for delivery of those items. We always mark on the description of the products if they are being shipped from overseas. If there are multiple items being shipped from our overseas fulfillment center, they may all ship separately.
When will I get my products?
Standard United States shipping is 10-20 business days, depending on the product.
For international shipments, processing an order takes 2-5 business days and shipping is 15-30 business days, depending on customs policies.
- Please note: Certain high demand products may have a longer delivery time. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you haven’t received your order within 45 business days you are welcome to contact our customer support for a full refund (this policy excludes giveaways and sale items).
How can I track my order?
- We will email you a tracking number as soon as the product ships and a tracking number is available.
I ordered many products, but only got one, what happens?
- You order can arrive in different packages, if you ordered more than one, they will arrive in the following days.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping is free for all orders in the US. International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Your business is very important to us. We are a family owned operation. Our dedicated team works very hard to make your experience a great one. We understand that our shipping takes a bit longer than some of the bigger companies but it will be worth the wait.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
